Feeling Dehydrated?
Each day can leave us busy, distracted, and forgetting to drink enough water. Before we know it, dehydration can strike and make us feel terrible.
Health experts claim that we should be drinking around two liters or half a gallon of water per day. That’s a lot of water! And even if you are able to keep up with a healthy water intake, there can still be underlying causes that lead to dehydration.
What Causes Dehydration?
Dehydration is caused by losing more liquid than you take in. This can occur in a few different ways, including:
- Vomiting or Diarrhea
- Fever
- Excessive Sweating
- Increased Urination
If you are experiencing any of these symptoms, it is important to supplement your water intake.

What Are the Symptoms?
While you may be able to tell you’re dehydrated, there are some common and often overlooked tell-tale symptoms you should be aware of:
- Fatigue
- Difficult Urination
- Dark-Colored Urine
- Dizziness/ Confusion
